M. Collins & Sons has the experience to undertake the restoration of the playing surface of all sportsfields upon which the company's reputation was established. The resources of the company's own turf farms and soil quarry support this unique service. The company has been involved in the renovation and resurfacing of many of Sydney's major sporting venues under the control of private colleges, universities, municipal councils and sporting authorities.

The specific range of sportsfield renovation services undertaken by M.Collins & Sons includes:

• Precise physical removal of the existing playing surface using dedicated mechanical technology to a nominated profile depth and any required cultivation.
   

• Soil importation and re-leveling of the growing media to nominated tolerances.
   

• Application of soil amendments and fertiliser products based on soil analyses.
   

• Regrassing of the newly prepared playing surface using an improved couchgrass variety of Legend or Santa Ana, unwashed and washed condition in jumbo rolls.
   

• Post-grassing topdressing using the Collins Sportsturf Topdresser and anyone of a number of high-quality soil and sand materials.
